International Hot Air Balloon Festival

Inspired by the annual Château-d'Oex International Hot-Air Balloon Festival in the Swiss Alps and the region's rich folklore, this project challenged me to create a fictional event rooted in a real cultural tradition. Drawing from the legend of the Barbegazi, mythical mountain creatures known for their oversized feet that double as skis, I developed a complete event identity that celebrated the whimsy and adventure of the story. The project included a logo system, promotional advertisements, and a collection of event merchandise designed to bring the festival experience to life.
